Kyle graciously hosted a fondue dinner party last week, we were five Americans trying to figure out how to make it the "Swiss way" and I think we managed to be pretty close. The rules are: (1) don't drop the bread in the pot or you take a shot of Kirsch; (2) stir the cheese in very slowly and don't let there be any lumps; (3) make figure eights when swirling your bread in the cheese; (4) drink wine; (5) and have fun.
