Has it really been four months since I last had a post about your milestones? Where do I even start? You have the best squeal of delight and recently you let out the happiest screams when we play chase or playing hide and seek. I love how much you point, whether it is to tell us what you want, where we should look or at us, as if you are telling us what to do. In fact, I think you tell us what to do a lot, we just can't understand all of your babble yet. You dance now. We have little dance parties in the kitchen and you do your token move of a boogie squat. You enjoy walks outside along our block and have been known to need to be bribed with cookies in order to come home. You still love dogs and enjoy wrestling with your stuffed dog Ruffy that was a Christmas gift from Grandma. You are showing an independent streak, just like your Mama. You prefer to feed yourself with your own spoon. It is messy, but I love watching you make the necessary adjustments to get food into your mouth. Yesterday we went through your baby clothes to make room for clothes for your baby brother. It was a walk down memory lane of just how tiny you use to be. Every day we love you more and enjoy exploring this world through your beautiful blue eyes. Keep thriving Belle, we will be there every step of the way!

Home Improvement: Entryway Tile
Ever since we moved into our home two years ago I wanted to tile our entryway. The carpet was old, stained and I never felt it was clean. Today my dream came true and we have a new entryway floor. Our contractor, Jeff, is such a professional and a perfectionist, which I truly appreciate. My original idea of having our house numbers in the tile did not work, so Scott and Jeff came up with an even better idea. Time to save for the next project on my list!

GoPro and Painting
Scott is enjoying playing around with his Christmas gift, a GoPro camera. Belle is the topic of a lot of his experimental videos as he learns the tricks of the new gadget. He is most excited to capture his fishing. Today he and Belle painted some beautiful art. Any suggestions on what to do with all of your kids art? I would love to keep all of it, but I am not that type of person.

It's the weekend!
Three cheers for the weekend! I am wishing for sunshine and lots of cuddle time with this little girl who now has a pair of top teeth to go with her bottom two! We had hopes to get out of town for the beach for a night, but our little girl is under the weather, so we are home now. Seeing your little girl sick is the absolute worst.

Four Years
I have had the honor to be married to this guy for the past four years as of yesterday. I still remember our wedding day clearly and the sense of peace I had. Scott is an amazing father to Belle and he makes both his girls smile and laugh daily. I adore him, even when he is driving me crazy. We have accomplished a lot in four years, but we have even more goals to reach in the years to come. I love you very much Scott, thank you for being my true companion through and through.

Starting 2013 off right
Happy New Year! We started 2013 off on the right track by going snow shoeing at Trillium Lake near Mt. Hood. The fresh, cold air was just what I needed to get into my new exercise and diet routine for the rest of this pregnancy. Belle wasn't too thrilled about it. Regardless, we did it and now I will be going to bed early tonight to recover.
The binky was a necessary accessory for this outing.
Seriously, why are we here?
Keep the snacks coming Dad and I will be happy
I made it back to the car carrying a 23 pound toddler and it was uphill! (No joke!)
