Yoga

On Friday, I went to a yoga class with our neighbor Helen.  The instructor, Crista, is a good friend of Helen's and she directed the class in French and English, which I appreciated.  At the end of class she gave me a copy of her book.  Luckily, it has a lot of pictures to help me remember the positions we did in class.
