January Snow!

This weekend was full of action! Snow, parties, friends, and more snow filled our weekend. Andy of Amsterdam arrived Friday night and after picking him up we headed off to house warming party. The next morning the guys went skiing in La Clusaz, while Heather and company went shopping downtown. That evening our friends Kyle and Ashley, along with Andy came over for a warm fire and a raclette dinner.

When we arrived for dinner at 5:00 pm it was snowing heavily and it snowed until about 8:00 am. Unfortunately, for Andy his flight back to Amsterdam was delayed about 4 hours and he had to kill some time at the airport waiting it out. The good news is he is back home now and getting ready to do it all again next weekend!

Here are some shots from today when the skies cleared and we snuck outside for a few hours to enjoy the fresh snow. In total we estimate between 7-10 inches fell around our home over the weekend.
