A very special delivery arrived on April 4th, Tia and Andrew Over became parents to Lily Rae. She already has a stubborn streak and arrived a bit later than they would have liked, but she is a healthy girl weighing 7 pounds 2 ounces and 20.5 inches long. I can't wait to meet her in July.
