We received a raclette machine from Kyle as a wedding gift last week. The Swiss and their cheesy meals, it is starting to show on our figures! The machine has small trays that you put special raclette cheese in to melt, you can also add meat slices under the cheese if you prefer. Once it is melted and bubbly, you slide the cheese onto your plate. We had boiled potatoes, pickles and tomatoes as our sides. It was very good and filling, as you can see on Scott's face in the photo below.
